The hotel was immaculate in all the communal areas, rooms, bathrooms. Convenient for all public transport.
All the staff were so friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble 😁 The breakfast was outstanding, consisting of both a continental selection and cooked breakfast. We ate both evening meals in “Jospers” restaurant, the Sea Bass was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be returning next year but we will stay longer this time as 2 nights just wasn’t enough 😁

Excellent location - right next to the city hall. Allowed us to maximize our sightseeing time.
Room was quite spacious and very nice. Beds were very comfortable too,
Breakfast was nice and service was very quick.
The warm cookies when we checked in, were a very nice touch
Room was a bit complicated to get to via multiple corridors, since the hotels seems to be 2 or 3 buildings combined into 1. A bit noisy with traffic outside, but the view more than made up for it

The service was excellent - from the warm greeting by the front desk, the earlier check in communication superb. All staff were a credit to this hotel. Looked a great place to work.
Room quiet and very comfy bed. Clean. Breakfast excellent selections fresh and delicious. All credit to the hotel staff - warm, friendly and happy.

"Posizione centralissima, a pochi passi anche dalla Grand Central Station da cui partono tutti gli autobus, anche per l'aeroporto."
