Excellent modern hotel in a fantastic location within easy walking distance of all the main attractions in Belfast. Clean & comfortable with great friendly staff. The breakfast was very good.
Only a minor point was that the coffee pods in the room weren’t great.

Good location
Breakfast was not good at all, food was bad quality
Window in 1st room did not open at all, safety issues. Given 2nd room, and walked in on another resident room was not free. Had to then waite for 3rd room, very inconvenient.

The Hotel was in a good location
Reception Staff were helpful. Our rooms weren’t made up on 2nd day till very late so we only had our towels replaced. Breakfast was as ok but often ran out of things, staff forget things asked for. The 2nd day we were there apparently the hotel performed some update to their key card system it was very frustrating. Couldn’t access lifts, no entry to our room, replacement key cards didn’t work and this all happened in the middle of the day.
Overall whilst we were ok with our stay the above issues were disappointing and would probably stay elsewhere next time.
