The view from the room was fantastic
The shower wasn’t great, the shower head wouldn’t stay on properly and the jets of water in the overhead shower were uneven

Excellent attentive and informative staff.
Nothing to dislike.

Beautiful hotel great receptionist she was so helpful. Rooms were so comfortable and spacious, with everything you need.
Only thing I didn’t like was the surcharges and the 20% vat added on to our bill as we charged everything to our room, was over £5 surcharge when you had a drink in the observatory bar. So when we went pay our bill was and extra £34 on it.

Good location, bed was comfortable, staff were lovely
I had a dirty towel in my room, room was smaller than expected, I don’t know why but expected something more high class based on the outside
