Close to everything Nice vibe

Fabulous large room for 3 people. Well kept hotel. Clean with everything we needed.

Breakfast was ok. We had lovely omelettes. Things like juice and water for the tea and coffee seemed to need replenishing when we arrived for breakfast. Staff were lovely and were extremely helpful.

The rooms are spacious and very much clean. I had a very comfortable stay and this is the first place in the UK where I was literally comfortable walking with bare feet in the entire house and the room. Furthermore, since Belfast is not such a huge metropolis, it's good to take a 30 minute plus walk to the city centre as it's not a bad idea. Whenever I come to Belfast next time, I will always prefer to stay at this property if my expectations continue to align with "value for money". I must say that the family who owns this house or Property must be incredibly lucky because it is beautiful on the inside with beautiful pieces of art.

The door locks are typically ancient and this is a problem throughout many parts of Ireland. Doors can be very tricky and complicated to open and I spent around 40 minutes time attempting to literally access my room but however the expectations of cleanliness and comfort exceeded this major inconvenience right at the beginning.

Staff very helpful
