Staff were so friendly and the place was beautiful. In a great location no matter the occasion

Room was spacious and modern with all the necessary amenities. Location was brilliant and also very secure for a solo traveller. Hot water and shower pressure were plentiful. Able to restock tea/coffee from downstairs, and located next door to a convenience store. Good temperature control in the room.
Every floor has kitchen facilities (as indicated in the listing and a key reason for my booking) yet for reasons that were not explained when I enquired about use at check in I was told i was not permitted to use them. A microwave was however made available in the laundry room. There was a dead insect in the bed. Sheets etc were clean but appeared to have been there a while, would've been nice to have the room given a once over before check in especially if been unused for a while. Some paint work/plaster etc needs a freshen up. Towels were a bit small.

Bathroom was nice and it had aircon in the room
Staff/security weren’t strict enough with other guests that were making far too much noise in the night. One couple should’ve been kicked out as they were warned several times.
