Tara Lodge

Our friend group of six ladies on a girl's weekend loved everything in this hotel. The service was absolutely wonderful and the staff was amazing. They even made breakfast for the part of our group running the marathon way before breakfast opening times. Every person we met was lovely and attentive. When I was feeling ill, the breakfast staff asked my friends where I was, and I ended up getting breakfast in my room as an extra service. So nice! The beds were very comfortable, and the location was great. We walked down to the city centre in about 15 minutes. The street was also quiet, so we slept very well even though our room faced the street. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel, it was great!

Off street parking was a bit challenging with little space.

The staff were kind and courteous. They were very helpful. The accommodation had everything we required. The bed was comfy.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good.

We did not like the location of the hotel. There was no parking left in the hotel parking lot so we had to park in the street and were worried about the safety of our car. Although the area didn’t look safe, we did eat at a nice Italian restaurant just down on the Main Street less than 5 minutes from the hotel. We would not stay here again.
