Staff was brilliant throughout the stay and very helpful with any questions. Food was amazing for dinner and breakfast.

From the minute we arrived all staff were so welcoming, the hotel looks very modern and has everything you need, the room was spotless.

Only complaint is the tv channels… not all of them worked and the volume kept going up and down without doing it manually. But we weren’t there to watch tv so was a very little complaint

The location, right next to the bus center and railway station, walkable distance to city hall and major attractions also very close by to great number of restaurants! The room size was quite large as compared to the standards The view from the room (floor 6) was amazing The hot food buffet, European spread and good space to have breakfast and having till 11 The checkout till 12 was very helpful

The bed was too soft for our liking The pillows had no life in them, they were very much flat, we asked the reception but they told it was a fully booked hotel and they had none to spare so that made made a dent in our stay, we couldn't sleep well at all! For the price we paid we definitely hoped for his not to be problem but it did. Lesson learnt on that front. The air conditioner is slow you can turn up or turn down the temperature and it will take its time so nights sleeps were disturbed

Breakfast was excellent, a fantastic selection of different varieties for all kinds. Great open area with plenty of room.

One thing I would say is that the bed was two single beds pushed together which felt like they were separating durning the night.

Breakfast was amazing, my granddaughter especially like making her own waffles. Perfectly central especially for bus station. Great restaurants round about and handy for all tour buses.

Our double bed had a single duvet in the cover so moved to one side. No probs though as room was warm.

Friendly, helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great location. We didn’t have the best view but our friends did and the room felt bigger, even though our room was more than big enough for a twin room, beds i think where a queen not a single size. Only thing i thought was abit rubbish was the shower the pressure was low. We all loved Belfast and will return to this hotel.

Great location, right beside bus and trains. You could walk into centre of town. Spotless clean and comfortable. Very very nice staff extremely helpful. I would stay there again tomorrow

The best part about this stay was the very extensive breakfast buffet included in the price. The hotel staff was very friendly during every interaction. Room was clean. Good starting point for exploring Belfast by foot.

The main wall in our room was half painted and made it look like it was under construction. Purely aesthetic feedback.

The location is super central. Bed was really comfortable. Room was clean and decent size for two twin beds. Tasty breakfast too.

I knew that there was a car park next door to the hotel that can be used, but didn’t realise that the elevator takes you down the bus/train station, and likewise you have to access the car park as a pedestrian through the station. Not a big deal at all, but a little confusing when you don’t have your bearings. Also, make sure you get your parking ticket validated by the hotel as you get a discount (from the 24 hour rate anyway) which is really great.

The location of the Hampton by Hilton in Belfast could not be better; it is located only around 50m from the Airport Bus stance so travel to the hotel from the airport was very convenient,,, the city centre and main square of Belfast was less than 10 minutes walk. Complimentary breakfast was hearty and varied, from fresh fruit and pastries through to full-on BIG breakfast fry-up; no need to remember your room number, everyone got breakfast. Our room was modern and functional and exceptionally clean. Top marks to the house staff who kept the whole place looking very pristine. Would I stay at the Hampton Belfast City Centre again... definitely !!!
