No hotel parking but 100m across the road a value multi floor parking but on the pricey side. Hotel will validate your ticket and it get you a discount

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were outstanding. We had three dinners at the Fitzwilliam in the main restaurant as well as a lunch in the bar. All meals were delicious and beautifully displayed and staff were all great. The room was quiet and lovely and the bathroom was very nice with black and white tile, a tub and a shower.
Unfortunately, as we were checking in, a huge group from a cruise checked in and swarmed the place. They also clogged the breakfast making long lines to wait to be seated. I'm not a fan of having cruise groups checking in all at once in a 5star hotel. It was evident that the staff were strained as well having luggage everywhere in the lobby and reception.
