House Belfast Hotel

Great location and fabulous staff only complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable and had poor night’s sleep

Very conveniently located. Walking distance to central Belfast.

Room was on the smaller side with window facing a very close building next door.

Breakfast could have been better - it felt like it had been kept warm under heat lamps

Breakfast was great! Staff were friendly and the hotel is around a 20 minute walk from the city center. The bed was also very large and comfortable.

The room had windows facing out onto a 4ft by 4ft patio and there was another hotel room on one side and the hotel hallway on the other side, so we had to keep our curtains closed the entire time so that people couldn't see into our room. This was made worse by the fact that the furnishings were dark and old-looking with some stains on the carpet and the toilet didn't flush properly. When my partner went to inspect it, we found a carton of milk in the back of the toilet, so I don't know how often the room is inspected or cleaned properly. The area of the city is quite run down and dangerous, so I wouldn't have felt comfortable staying there alone. Also on our last night they played music so loud at the club/bar it sounded like they had a speaker pressed up against our door but thankfully I don't think that lasted longer than 11p.m. Lastly the elevator was broken the entire length of our stay. It was fine for the short while we were there but I don't think I would stay again.
