In the heart of Woodstock, fantastic location
Strangely, we missed not having a tv for the relaxing times at the property, late evening, early morning.

Beautiful cosy little apartment right in the center of Woodstock. Only a 5 min drive am to Blenheim Palace.
Lots of little independent shops.
Owner very responsive to messages
Parking in Woodstock is a nightmare.
Free car park but you can only stay for up to 12 hours in a 24 hour period. So you have to move your car. Lots of 4 hour parking spaces but not ideal if you are staying for a few days. You have to keep moving your car, or risk getting a parking ticket

Positives
Location: Excellent position in Woodstock, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
Presentation and Comfort: The apartment is beautifully presented with a high overall finish and is very comfortable inside.
Amenities: Wi-Fi is available for guests. (Please note for future visitors that there is no television in the property).
Areas for Improvement
Drainage Issue: Unfortunately, there was a persistent and very unpleasant smell coming from the drains outside the bedroom, which became particularly strong when using the sink. Although the host was contacted, the issue was not satisfactorily resolved during the stay.
Maintenance and Cleanliness: There are several maintenance snags that need attention, including a broken bedroom blind with the mechanism detached from the wall, and mould present on the bathroom blind requiring a thorough clean.
Noise: As a ground-floor flat, noise from the occupants in the apartment upstairs is quite noticeable.
