The musty smell in the bathrooms

We stayed in Rome for 5 days in this beautiful apartment. Upon arrival we were greeted by Leonardo who was very informative and kind. The apartment itself is very spacious. It has 3 seperate bedrooms, 2 closer together and 1 at the other end of the apartment. In total there are 3 bathrooms eaxg with a toilet and its own shower. Great kitchen, laundry and balcony. This suited 4 adults and 2 kids well with space to spare. Your 2 minute walk from the Trevi fountain, beautiful cafes, restaurants, churches and supermakerts. The loaction was perfect! Any issues or quesrions we had were answered promptly and communication was great. We absolutely loved our stay. Thankyou for having us and making our time in Rome so special.

Podiam disponibilizar umas garrafas de água para os hóspedes e gostaríamos de ter tido uma máquina de café!

Great location! Zero complaints there. Square footage and comfy beds were a great plus. Elevator was clutch for elderly and kids. Kitchen size was decent especially for Europe (no mini fridge)!

The check in process was abysmal. It wouldn’t let you pay in advance but “upon arrival”. Then there was some credit card back and forth. They ended up charging €1500 on my card and said they’d need cash for the remainder. Which is REALLY tough on a Sunday when banks are closed in the US. Traveling with 2 toddlers and a grandma, they said that “you Americans” have scammed so many times they don’t trust us to pay so cash is required. NOT acceptable! WiFi worked about 1/3 of the time. A little loud with police and ambulance sirens quite frequently. Also, the doors on the showers are all either caked up with calcium build up or broken. Tried to advise the host and he told me to fix it myself. Which is impossible because it would require hardware for a sliding door.
