It's location
The apartment was clean but the bedding was very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard as a board and the bedsheets were dirty. The bathrooms were clean but the flush in one of these was out of order. THE PROPERTY ADDED 4000 RUPEES FOR USE OF AIR CONDITIONING WHICH RAISED THE CHARGES TO 12137.
