The apartment was fairly new, clean, and wellaintained.
Nothing to do with the building or apartment, but the access to building had broken roads with potholes, deviations and shards.

The property seems new and all the facilities are new. The bed is comfortable, lighting is great, the small kitchen looks modern and everything is new. Internet is stable. My favorite part about the hotel is its hygiene, very clean and new. The staff who contacted me is great and helpful.
The place seems still in construction, some part of the walls are having holes you can see the interior. The sound proof is weak so you can hear what’s happening around the room. The water in the toilet is not stable. TV apps only has old versions, and Netflix cannot be opened. The staff seem reluctant to provide receipts for my payment and I have to keep asking.
