Perfect location to the Ulster hospital only 5 minutes drive as we had an early appointment to attend. The studio was all round a 5star perfect location and the price was great value for the money. It was so warm and cosy as we arrive. Also the bed was so comfy Isabella went above and beyond for us much appreciated definitely will stay again thanks so much.
Everything was perfect.

Perfect for solo or a couple visiting Belfast for a few nights.
The hosts' communication was exceptional, the best I've yet experienced via Booking.com. Very clear instructions. Very flexible with late or delayed arrival which reduces the stress of the situation.
Excellent location for the City and for the area to the East, Newtownards and Strangford.
It is situated alongside a busy road. The Studio is soundproofed but the rumble of an odd heavy truck can be felt. Nothing to worry about.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Good facilities and perfect for a night away to relax. Host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to return.

Warm welcome by the owner. Good communication before and after the stay by the owner. The property had a small fridge, a microwave oven and a large TV plus reasonably good WiFi connection.
It literally looked like a shed converted to a bedroom with a sitting area and a kitchenette. The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation. I don’t consider it good value for money.
