beautiful updated room! having a little fridge/electric kettle was a nice bonus - hands down the most comfortable bed we slept in on a 12 day drip in multiple B&Bs. Hosts were very friendly and helpful - restaurants/pubs are walking distance. Bathroom was great -large shower - good size room - very updated.

The location itself is fine but driving in that area is dicey (heavy traffic - a lot of side street driving - quick turns) and getting to the city center by car is a lot of that type of driving. Obviously not something the guesthouse can control - more a comment on Belfast driving in general! In terms of the guesthouse the bathroom is down the hall from the bedroom - which was fine for us - but depending on who else is staying on the floor/in the other bedrooms -might be something to be considered

The room was very clean and the location was brilliant. Tesco, Indian restaurants, pizza house and other restaurants are in walking distance. Just 3-4 minutes walk. Brian and Shirley are lovely host. We feel like home there. They both are very helpful.

Everything! A beautiful place to stay.

Not a thing!
