Completely honest, this was the best summer vacation we had. Facility is perfect, clean and great, all looks very new. Rooms were modern and clean, bed super comphy, internet great. Food is grrat even for vegetarians I've had multiple choice. Beach near hotel, and during night no noice at all. We are going to come back for sure.

We originally had a booking at a much more modern hotel further away. We changed to this hotel after reading reviews about the location. And it was the much much better option!
The pool was way too cold. That is our only negative

The staff at breakfast were excellent, the food variety was ok and the restaurant was very dated.
We paid for a non smoking room. We arrived late and the room we were given smelled horrible. My son has asthma and I had to give him a rescue puffer and I woke up with a pounding headache from the fumes. The room had clearly been smoked in (found the ash tray) and the hotel “corrected” that by putting horrid amounts of perfume to “cover” the smell. I asked to change rooms and they said no deal with it unless, I was willing to pay more. The hotel denied any problem, we’re not accommodating at all. To top it off they never informed us you had to pay for towels or parking. When I went to leave they would not give us our car keys until I paid for these expenses that were never mentioned.

Exceptional, lovely and friendly staff, especially at the reception. A massive thank you to Giulia who is super helpful and gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Beautiful room, very clean. Great choice of food too. I loved everything about our stay.
I didn’t know we had to pay for sun beds since booked through booking,but the price is very reasonable.

Great place to stay on Adriatic sea, would gladly do it again - spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, amazingly helpful staff and great choice of food for breakfast - what else could you wish from a couple of days relaxing beach vacation

rooms were super clean, comfortable bed, more then helpful staff , specially Guilia at reception and Niki ,
breakfast started at 7 30 which is a bit late in case you catching early flight , no iron in hotel. you have to pay for ironing which was not expensive but still there must be an iron available

Good family room, very friendly staff. Breakfast very good. Nice location on the beach, pool area with umbrellas and shade from big pine trees.
Hotel not too big. Nice water park close to hotel.
Pool could be cleaner. Parking required to leave key at reception so they could move your car to let others out. But this worked fine. Just had to warn in advance if you needed your car.
Had to pay extra 18 euro per day for sunbeds at the beach because we used booking.com 😡

Staff was helpful and professional and girls on reception was very pleasant. Our biggest thank you goes to Giulia - very helpful but also very kind, always smiling and happy. Location is lovely - high street with shops and restaurants are 1 min away, beach is 1 min away too, although you have to pay for the sunbeds to the hotel if you made your booking via Bookings.com (that what we were told by hotel). Not bad travel connection with Venice. Breakfast was lovely with big variety of food. Hotel, restaurant and rooms was always very clean.
1. We booked 1 room for family of 3, including 16 yo teenager. Booking.com suggested superior king room and on photo which was on the website it was different arrangement of beds, 1 of the beds was completely isolated from the rest of the room. We thought it will be very convenient and this is why we booked 1 room. In reality we was given room for 2 people with 1 big bed and 1 sofa, nothing like we have seen on the picture. It was VERY small for us and for money which we paid a bit unfair.

- bathroom door seems to have expanded and doesn’t close easily
- bathroom fan makes a horrific noise once you turn on the lights
- the hotel overall is very dated and not really maintained
- 3* max, we were mislead by a 4* rating, no way this is a 4* hotel, don’t fall for that
- overall - price doesn’t correspond to services, not worth €200/night at all

It’s a prime location on the beach front with hotel pool, restaurant and bar.
Being this close to the beach, you overpay for the facilities: the hotel is somewhat dated and rooms are not that spacious.

The hotel doesn’t look like a 4Star-hotel ( i would give 2 Star).
The staff told us they will upgrade our room if we will give a good rating.
