Great location and right amongst the buzzing tourist area of Galata Tower. Friendly enough staff but they rotated often and it felt more like a busy backpacker’s hostel than an apartment. We were given an “upgrade” so I guess that was nice of them. Close to plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and the Bosphorus.
Desperate need for renovation. The rooms have a lot of furniture needing attention, bathrooms have mould and we needed a shower in one room to be serviced as it was leaking and spraying water everywhere. No instructions for the washing machine (which we only managed to use when I found the switch for it was off in the main switchboard).

Water heater went off a few times and needed resetting. Otherwise no issues, comfy lounge and dining area. Rooms a basic, but do the job.
