Very spacious and comfortable
Noise from the road. Appeared to be a rat run route.

It is an easily likable property.

Very private behind a locked gate which was great for a security point of view. Very close to town and all ammenities

The best thing was the beautiful dog next door.
Light not working in one of the bedrooms. Found dirty tissue under the coffee table. Found a used bar of soap and someone else's hair tie hanging in the bathroom. Did make me question the standard of cleanliness of the space.
Also thought it was a house, it isn't. it is one side of a duplex. It was not a 'cool house;
