Nichts.

The apartment is located in a very good area. It is close to the city center, the train station, and the university. It is very close to the water and places where you can eat in a beautiful atmosphere.
The first day of our stay was a little cold in the apartment, but it warmed up pretty quickly, considering that during our stay there, temperatures were very low, around -12 degrees Celsius.
