The location was amazing! Super cute place. Loved the pool and recreation center.
The patio door was incredibly hard to open . When removing the white stick that locked the patio, the slider track was filthy and full of dead flies. That was quite gross. The shower liner in the master bath has black
Mold on the bottom edges. This Should have been replaced. The extra pillows in the closet didn’t have covers on them and were marked up with stains. These should have been tossed and replaced. Lastly our packet from North Carolina realty wasn’t available until Monday, and we arrived Sunday. When we picked up the envelope , there was a rec and parking pass. Couldn’t these have been placed in the condo instead of us driving to rental mgmt office?

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The first-floor location, right next to the beach access, was perfect. It made getting to and from the beach incredibly easy, especially for our older family members and for those quick trips back to the room during the day.
The condo was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. We also loved the spacious balcony, where we enjoyed coffee every morning while listening to the waves and relaxed there again after dinner each evening.
The location couldn't have been more convenient. It was just a short drive to the boardwalk, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to do, while still offering a peaceful beachfront setting.
We've stayed at many condos between Carolina Beach and Kure Beach over the years, and this was by far our favorite. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be booking this condo again for future trips.

Location! Being on the beach, by the Covina rocks was perfect.
One big thing - no screens on sliding doors or windows.
One small thing - railings for sliding doors need cleaning.
