So lovely to have such an oasis escape. Very spacious and well thought out unit - we’re quite happy we stayed further out of town for a nicer place as we had terrible weather during our Azores trip and stayed in quite a bit more than we usually would. Well organized, great shower pressure & heat, comfortable bed and linens, nice cool space once the AC caught up, and really nice to have a parking space included. Loved having a cosy spacious living room. The washer dryer is a combo machine and the first one we have used in all of our travels where it actually successfully dries the clothes! Was great to have a laundry/utility room for this and everything was well stocked.

The property was close to perfect it just really needs some minor maintenance attending. There’s a weird spot on the toilet seat where someone spilled ? Super glue? Into a sharp spike that pokes (and can cut) you whenever you sit down. Little things aren’t finished being screwed together or are falling off, doors not in hinges etc (my husband fixed some of the easy things for the unit but couldn’t do anything that required tools). Air conditioning can’t be individually controlled, there’s one wall control for the entire apartment and it has vents in the ceiling so you have to set the entire space with this at the same temperature. Eventually it does cool down enough and is comfortable though.

Drobne usterki techniczne (obcierające o podłogę drzwi w łazience, niedokręcone wkręty przy stolikach w pokoju i przy wyłączniku światła w kuchni, opadająca deska klozetowa itp)
