I loved the location and the close proximity to the boardwalk. My group and I rarely had to drive anywhere during our stay due to the beach, pool, restaurants, stores and amusement area being within such close walking distance. Appliances in the room worked very well and we all loved the oceanfront view.

When we arrived there was barely any hand soap in the bathroom, so I would recommend bringing extra just in case.

We arrived late in the night, but the office was not far from the property and it was easy to collect the Welcome Kit with door codes and parking passes.

However, there was only mention of the doorcode. When we arrived, we were locked out of the property. We could not enter to park underneath the building. We could not walk through the locked guest gates. The emergency phone number in the initial texts did not work. I had to call the phone listed on the website, choose the emergency option, and be patched through to a third-party service who had to investigate to provide the correct codes. I was told the info was online, but the code listed there was not the same provided me. It was updated the next morning; but in the middle of the night we did not have the info to get in. This was most frustrating at 1am after several hours of driving. The space was adequate, and it was comfortable. But there were some issues: There was no mention of the roach problem. The space itself seemed clean, despite bug markings on shelves. The building may have issues which thwart efforts to eradicate roaches. We saw several. Be sure to bring containers for food items. They set passive traps on the counter, but these seemed ineffective. They provide RAID spray cans stowed underneath the kitchen sink. There were other minor details: the shower curtain rod fell (too loose), the towel rod on the wall fell (too loose), there were very few non slip pads despite the full tiled space, and the toilet in one bathroom ran so slow the last day we were there it began overflowing before clearing itself. And we were asked to clean everything upon leaving, strip the bedding, collect the towels, and take out the trash. Not unreasonable, but what are these cleaners doing if not cleaning? Just another way I felt management was absent or 'hands-off'. These are minor issues, but are reflective of the overall lack of attention to detail and/or lack of concern. It is a rental through and through. Keep your expectations low and you'll be fine. It was clean enough, on the Boardwalk, and had ocean views. It was fine for a long weekend with teens.
