Cebu Stay Rental - Sunvida Tower Residences

It was clean and in the right location for me. The warm water shower worked well

I couldn't find the wifi network

It’s clean

No parking available

The location is great and it is good value for money

The elevators are really really slow. Ione time it took us fifteen minutes to get from apartment door to building front door. Another time it was a solid ten minutes of waiting time just for the lifts to come to the floor. On some occasions the elevator would skip the floor completely.

The Location is good

Disappointed 😒 came 1 hour early and paid early check in fees, but ended up spending that time sweeping and sanitizing the place by myself. Place is not so clean, cockroaches crawling, hair fall, and an odd smell coming from the bathroom, toiletries not even ready & enough for the number of adults booked, I had to buy cleaner , deodorizer, toiletries and air freshener for our comfort because when raising the issues, their only response is being in denial, even doubting our concerns.
