The apartment was a bit smaller than I expected but was perfect for my friend and myself. We were in the center of the historical section, across the street from the Palazzo Vecchio. The Duomo and the Pitti Palace were less than 10 minutes walk away.
The beds were extremely comfortable and each bedroom had air conditioning, which we did not need.
A few minor repairs were needed (bathroom door handle) and a couple of explanation sheets about how to use the gas stove top so that it did not immediately go out after releasing the handle and another explaining the best settings for the washing machine (the numbers were illegible). That said, we did manage to wash our clothes and cooked our eggs in the hot water kettle.

Great location. Very comfortable stay - had all the items required to make it an enjoyable 5 night stay.
Minor item - the washing machine wasn’t easy to use. Maybe I missed the instructions.
