Great location, beautiful design and the additional breakfast was exceptional

The room was lovely, very clean and modern with great facilities and little extras, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable and of great quality. The location was fantastic.
The room was a bit smaller than it appeared on the photos but aside from that there was nothing we didn’t like about it.

Central location.
Noisey being in the City Centre both at night (loud music) and early in the morning deliveries, construction Lorrie’s etc just after 6am. Bedroom needs some TLC. Toilet roll holder broken, blind cord fixings coming out of the wall. Rooms not serviced apparently you need to put a sign out if you need more tea, coffee milk but there were no instructions on this and there was no sign. I what’s app the hotel and they did respond quickly including a couple of chocs which was nice. You have to take breakfast in a partner establishment. As I needed an early breakfast at 7.30am I took mine at the Sun Hotel which was excellent.
