Unit was clean with good aesthetics.Lovely comfy cozy setup. Close to the mall which was really a bonus
beautiful place but maintenance could have been better . Would have preferred a heat blanket in both rooms . Crockery could have been more according to number of people per unit . Door handle was broken

We were at self catering unit, no breakfast served.
The welcome refreshments(coffee and tea) were not enough for three people. I understanding it is a self-catering unit but please just put enough tea, coffee & milk plus sweetner for your guests to enjoy and settle well, before they can go buy their own.
Toiletries - shampoo & shower gel also too little for two people sharing. Please allocate per head not per room.

Liked the location and security.
Very neat and safe.
Perhaps they could introduce day rests also? perhaps a 2pm-10pm slot?
An airconditioner perhaps? room gets really hot in a summer night. Opening the windows only attracts noises from cars and drunkards etc.
A later checkout perhaps (upon arrangement ofcourse)? Yes one should checkout until 10am but perhpas an additional fee to check out at 3 or 4pm?

It was clean but secure
False advertising, nothing like on the pictures. No surrounding restaurants like on the internet or online. Just pure false advertising
