A beautiful flat with everything you could possibly need, nice and quiet area, would highly recommend, that good we've already booked it for next year.
Parking a slight problem, but some kindly neighbour let us park slightly over here drive, so not really a problem.

Very nicely presented and located
The electric fire didn’t seem to work on this occasion

Really liked the location in Sheringham near to the coastal path and 5 minutes from the facilities of the town.
Also the flat had a great shower and the garden was a lovely place for a cuppa or glass of wine .
Nothing really

The secure garden for dogs and humans to enjoy. Everything thoughtfully provided. Superb bathroom and the bath in bedroom is a special touch. Location… we walked everywhere, didn’t use the car once!
Front garden… it doesn’t do the flat any favours and gives a bad first impression. Looks tatty.
