Welcome to Sunny Side Up, a beautifully designed 3BR + bonus room beach cottage in the gated WaterSound West community along Scenic 30A. With resort-style amenities, beach access, and bikes included, this home is ideal for families, friends, and snowbirds seeking a relaxing coastal escape.
Important Beach Access Notice: WaterSound West Beach will be constructing a new beach boardwalk from November 1, 2026 to February 27, 2027. During this time, beach access will be unavailable Monday mornings through Friday evenings, but will remain open after 5 PM on weekdays and all weekend long. Access will also remain open during Thanksgiving Week (Nov. 21-29) and select holiday periods (Dec. 23-27 and Dec. 30-Jan. 3). Please consider these temporary restrictions when booking.

The property is very nice! The distance to seaside square is too far to walk, too far to bike, and parking is very difficult in a vehicle. Golf carts are prohibited at this location; however, it appears that some people use them on the property. The beach is a hike- need a wagon; however, it is worth the hike. Beautiful!

Would highly recommend this house. Appreciated the bike rentals and the beautiful area and pool. Very convenient to shops and restaurants but was a quiet tucked away little neighborhood. We will be back!
