Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our family of 4 just returned from a wonderful stay in this unit. The unit was impeccable - exactly as described, clean, and appeared as if it had been professionally decorated. All appliances were modern and in working order, and the AC was able to keep us cool in the Florida heat and humidity. The kids absolutely loved the 2nd bedroom, with the 4 custom bunk beds. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into the design and upkeep of this unit. We made use of the complimentary beach service which saved us from lugging down chairs to the sand. Check-in process was smooth and communication with the management company was seamless. All communication was with a local professional property management company who manages the unit. This unit charges a significant premium to other rentals in the condo complex as it appeared to be one of the few that has been recently renovated. The only thing I would improve upon is the smart lock on the front door. There was no deadbolt so it was difficult to tell if the door was secured from the outside, which didn't give me much peace of mind at night.

Condo was beautiful! Ocean and beach views were even better than expected, absolutely breathtaking! Having the beach service was a definite plus. For us personally the bed in master was too soft due to back issues and also wished the windows opened so could hear the ocean. Would definitely stay here again if wasn’t for the soft bed. Appreciated the communication and checking to make sure we had no issues. Very easy check in.

The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. All the other amenities were very nice.

I have stayed at Beach House for years and this was by far the best unit I’ve ever stayed in! Super clean and beautifully decorated. There were 5 of us and everyone had plenty of space. Fabulous updated kitchen with free-standing ice maker. Sofa on balcony, plus table and chairs. We had an issue with a/c (our fault) and garbage disposal that were quickly and easily resolved over the phone. Will definitely try to get this unit again!
