With a king mattress in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest room, this lovely condo sleeps 8 and has a washer/dryer for your convenience. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a full-course dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Fix yourself a steamy cup of coffee first thing in the morning and head over to the furnished balcony to take in the views and enjoy the first rays of sunshine. Beach House is a 6-story condominium complex located directly on Miramar Beach. With 650 feet of private beachfront, it's an ideal getaway for families or couples. The large pool is seasonally heated, and a kiddie pool will delight the toddlers in your group. Older kids might enjoy the lighted tennis courts and fitness center. Adults will enjoy relaxing in the Gulf Front gazebo with picnic tables and beach service. The active members of your group might enjoy a trek along the bike path. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Condo was in a great place. There is 24/7 security there so there was no worry about vehicle left in the parking lot. Beach was not too crowded as it is a part of a private beach and the only access allowed is the owner/renters of the property. Some things to prepare the next person who stays:--Only one vehicle is allowed on the property. You can rent parking about .5 miles down the street at Geronimo RV Park for around 30/day. It is a secure lot.--Beach service is included with this rental. It is on a first come/first service bases though. If you decide to rent an extra set of chairs/umbrella then they will reserve two sets for you on those days. That's the only way to insure that you have designated chairs. If not be prepared to go down to the beach as they are setting them up and just simply place some towels on the chairs and you are good to go for the day.--This unit is on the second floor and right at the stairs entrance. We only had to use the elevator when we were unloading luggage. Stairs start right at the parking lot!--Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans. We did purchase a baking sheet while were there as we are a family who enjoys cooking breakfast each morning before heading to the beach.--Was told ahead of time that tents/canopies were not allowed but there was several set up behind the beach rentals. You can always carry them an see!We would definitely stay here again. Host was great with answering questions.
