The Gran Vía - Callao apartment is located on the 13th floor of a building right in front of Plaza de Callao. It offers stunning views of the iconic Gran Vía, and you won’t get tired of looking out the window.
This charming apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable. It’s perfect for a medium-term stay in the city and to discover all that it has to offer.
It features one bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable single bed in the living area that folds away easily, accommodating up to 3 guests. You'll also find a flat-screen TV in this space, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, electric kettle, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, toiletries, a hairdryer and an iron so you can feel right at home from day one.

Metro Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3, and suburban train Renfe C3, C4 and Intercity)
IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.-The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.

Amazing amazing place! Very clean, cute decor, and the area that is in is phenomenal! So many stores and restaurants within just seconds of walking onto the street! The views from the room are incredible!!

The apartment is very close to practically everything in Madrid that you can walk and barely use transportation in the city. The fact that is on the 13th floor allows you to have a beautiful view of Gran Via. Francisca and the team are charming as their name says. Effective, very nice and provide very good reponses in short periods of time. 5-Stars for this apartment.
