This is a private cottage located in one of the prettiest parts of Volcano Village. This one bedroom cottage is perfect for honeymooners, a special anniversary, or as a writer or artist's retreat.
Enjoy natural beauty and incredible privacy. Step out the front door and into a quiet time and place. Stroll down the canopied lanes located less than a half-mile from the heart of the village or take in some of the many sights of the island easily accessible from here. We are just five minutes from the entrance to Volcanoes National Park.
Equipped with a kitchenette, private deck with garden views, an electric fireplace and free highspeed WIFI!
Your Volcano Village location puts you 40 minutes from Punalu’u Black Sand Beach, where you may see turtles nesting and swimming, one and a half hours from the City of Refuge, and only 40 minutes from historic and beautiful downtown Hilo with restaurants, shops, museums and nearby snorkeling beaches.
Amenities in the village include several diverse restaurants, 2 grocery stores, 2 gas stations, launderette, gift shops, art galleries, post office, a nearby local winery, 18-hole golf course and Sunday morning farmer's market.
This property is a hosted vacation rental in conformance with all local and state laws and in possession of all necessary permits and licenses.

This cottage is so cute and cozy! Clean and convenient. Lovingly maintained by the owner who lives on the property. Super quiet spot hidden in the rainforest neighborhood. Loved the rain on the roof at night. It is located only minutes away from the national park so we could go into town for dinner and then go back into the NP at night to see the sunset and the lava flow glow. The town of Volcano is super small with limited groceries available, but there are some really good restaurants right there which were delicious!! We highly recommend this cottage!

This is the perfect little cottage.It has everything you need in an efficient layout.It feels very private even though there are other properties nearby. You get your own parking space unlike some other listings in the area.It's a little hard to find, and the rustic path to it is a bit hard to carry luggage on, but once you're there it's heaven.
