Providing excellent value for money and under a 5-minute walk to Shoal Bays best restaurants, shops, cafes and the famous Shoal Bay Country Club.
Fabulous two-bedroom unit has floor to ceiling slide back doors in the living area that open out onto the sunny covered balcony with outdoor dining and tremendous views along the foreshore, the living area also has air conditioning, a TV, unlimited wifi and ceiling fan available.
A fully equipped kitchen with granite bench tops, full cooking facilities, a Nespresso Pod Machine (BYO Pods) dishwasher and the bonus of having an internal laundry with a top loading washing machine, there is also a communal clothes lines at the rear of the building.
The main bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan whilst bedroom two has a ceiling fan and 2 single beds. The bathroom has been fully renovated and provides a shower, toilet and vanity.
There is one communal single lock up garage and one car space in front of the garage in the driveway.
Shoal Towers is perfect for families or couples wanting to escape for the weekend, the location of this complex is fantastic with walking distance to Bay Village shops including IGA, newsagent, bakery, cafe, restaurants as well as the Game Fishing Club and the Shoal Bay Country Club Hotel which offers bistro meals, bottle-shop and entertainment. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

A quaint little unit that was comfortable, clean and in a great location with amazing views! Away from the traffic of the main street yet walking distance to everything we needed. We loved our stay here, it was enough for the 4 of us.

Enjoyed another wonderful Easter break at Shoal Towers, will return again. Pleasantly surprised by the upgrades of new carpet and plantation shutters.

The apartment was well equipped and although on the old side, was well maintained. Bathroom nicely done but small and well lit. Main bedroom large with comfortable bed, second bedroom small with two single beds and little room to move around. The location was fantastic with easy walking distance to restaurants and views from the balcony were stunning. Although a two bedroom apartment, definitely not big enough for four adults. Second floor location was not too inconvenient and use of a lockable garage was a definite bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Agency communications were bad. They sent emails saying that I would be told about key collection 2 days before our arrival. That never happened. We went on spec to the agency and got them. Same with asking for 12 noon checkout. It was never confirmed as they told me it would. I asked when I collected the keys and was told it was on their computer, yet I got phone calls and messages about being out by 10am. The pack of coffee, tea, dish soap and sponge was paltry at best. I wish they just didn’t bother. The carpet in the apartment was filthy and needed a good vacuuming. Unacceptable! Is the cleaning ever checked? The poor service means we will not rent through that agency ever again.
