We arrived very early in the year before the opening of the touristic season. Everything was ready and the communication was perfect. At the arrival we got a good explanation about everything. Because our group came from different destinations our arrival times were very different, but it was possible to make good agreements. The location is perfect, the view amazing. I would advise this villa and the location to spend a holiday.

The property is located in a fantastic place, close to so many beaches and with fantastic views of the bays and Tavolara.Unfortunately the property itself has many issues:- Air conditioning that doesn’t work properly - units that are permanently on or can’t be switched on. - The property is not very clean with dirty pillow case covers, a cockroach on one bed and mattress covers and sheets that don’t fit. - The pool had an algae build up while we were there and we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days, as regular cleaning had no happened.- Inside it is sparse and tired. No bedside tables in bedrooms, no oven wear, a very small dated kitchen with one plug, a fridge door that is broken. However there are 3 fridges with the property.- you have to pay extra for bed linen and for changing the bed linen, plus extra for each pool towel. This surprised us as all other villas with pools that we have stayed in have provided pool towels and bedding that gets changed every week as part of the rental cost. The local rep was very helpful but head office was not good to deal with on property issues. They charge 3% credit card fee to pay for the villa which is not allowed under EU legislation, so if you don’t pay by credit card, to keep costs low, you loose all the protections afforded from paying by credit card.Overall the villa is poor value for the high end price tag, but the location is spectacular.
