A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Welcome to Penthouse Lorena, a luminous and charming apartment located in Plaza de la Trinidad, right in the heart of Granada. A privileged location from which you can discover the city on foot, surrounded by historical monuments, tapas bars, restaurants, shops and all the life of the Granada city centre.
The apartment is located in an elegant, recently restored early 20th-century building, which combines the sobriety of classical architecture with all current amenities. The building has a lift, a communal swimming pool, and access to a spectacular rooftop with 360-degree panoramic views of Granada, where you can contemplate iconic places such as Sierra Nevada, the Alhambra, the Cathedral, or the Sacromonte while enjoying a relaxing swim in the pool (open all year from 09:00 to 21:00). Please note that there is a small flight of stairs both to reach the lift and to access the rooftop.
The interior of the apartment has been designed to offer a comfortable and cosy stay. Its spacious rooms, abundant natural light and carefully curated decoration create the perfect atmosphere to relax after a day exploring the city.
The property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, ideal for both families and small groups of friends. Additionally, it has two full bathrooms, designed to offer greater comfort during the stay.
The lounge, bright and comfortable, integrates with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, creating an ideal space to share moments, prepare a peaceful meal or enjoy a coffee while relaxing.
The true protagonist of the apartment is its private terrace with views of Granada's urban profile, a special corner where you can relax outdoors, sunbathe or simply enjoy the city's atmosphere from the tranquillity of your own space.
A perfect accommodation for those seeking location, comfort, and a small private oasis in the heart of Granada.

We had a lovely time in Granada. The vrbo was in a great location. It was very nice having two separate bedrooms compared to a hotel. The hostess was very informative and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend.
