This beautifully designed apartment is located in the heart of Granada, just a short walk from the city’s most iconic landmarks. Tastefully furnished with high-quality materials, it offers a bright and comfortable space for a relaxing and convenient stay.
A standout feature is the terrace in every room, allowing natural light to fill the entire apartment. It includes:
- A spacious, light-filled living room with dining area for six.
- A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils.
- Two full bathrooms, both with bathtubs.
- Three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds.
Located in one of Granada’s most prestigious shopping and dining areas, the apartment is within walking distance of the Cathedral, Royal Chapel, Alcaicería market, and many other must-see attractions.
Please note: To access the building’s lift, guests must climb approximately two short flights of 5–6 steps.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

This is very nice and clean place, we are very much love the roomy apartment with walking distance to everywhere. Daniel, who met us around the circle of the plaza and leading us to the apartment. He even helped us with our luggage, very much appreciated it.
Everything is prefect, we would definitely come back at the same place.

For our first time in Spain, we couldn't have picked a better place! This apartment was close to everything: amazing coffee houses, restaurants, the cathedral, and shopping, not to mention plaza after plaza and two 5-star hotels! The hosts were sweet, answered questions promptly, and helped us immediately with a couple of things. The balconies were a highlight to get fresh air and sunshine! Everything worked well, the beds were so comfy. We felt completely safe and welcome in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a roomy and comfortable home away from home!

Super convenient location and very nice apartment. Loved the city everything convenient from the apartment. The only problem is there is a nightclub 50 yards from apartment and noise goes on to 5 am to 7 am nightly. If that isn’t a problem then all good.
