A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
The entrance door gives access to a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, completely renovated and modern. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa from which to watch television. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher... From the living room you can access the rest of the apartment, two luxurious bathrooms with shower and three bedrooms with two 90 cm beds each.
The apartment is in the center of the city , a few meters from Paseo del Salón and El Corte Inglés, it has an unbeatable location because it is close to everything and at the same time faces a semi-pedestrian street so it is very quiet at bedtime.
It is accessible by car to the portal without time restrictions and has a garage space for one car.
The apartment is on the first floor of a block without elevator, but you only have to climb two small flights of stairs ;)

We love Ustune's place. It's clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The coffee machine makes very nice cappuccino. There are even some spices and oil if you want to do light cooking. And we were able to do laundry and use the drying rack. It is close to everything, including historical sites, shopping, parks, restaurants, cafe, groceries, but in quiet residential neighborhood. We felt lucked out to have stayed here. Thank you, Ustune!

Spacious and very clean accommodation on a beautiful quiet residential street. Served our purposes very well. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shops/cafes and many historical attractions in Granada. Host met us at check-in and was helpful and accessible. The perfect accommodation to come back to after our day trips!
