A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Our home is just 8 miles from downtown Nashville 🌆 and 2 miles from the airport. ✈️We have a total of four bedrooms. On the main level there is a king bed connected to the upstairs bathroom and two other rooms with queen beds. Bonus there is a whirlpool tub in the bathroom! 🛀🏼 Downstairs there is a twin bed and queen bed in one room. There is also a total of three couches and one love seat. 🛋 In the den there is a futon that pulls out and is the size of a queen (recommended for one person or two small people) It’s easy to set up. The fireplace in the den does not work at this time.
There is another full bath (beautiful new construction) and half bath. located on the lower floor with a den and living area that includes a second tv and foosball game. 📺 We have plenty of blankets, pillows and 2 brand new HVAC’s to keep you comfortable. It feels best set at 68.
The back patio has a gas grill and beautiful sitting area which lights up at night with string lights. ✨ The house sits on an acre lot so there’s lots of space.
We hope you enjoy your time and please let us know if you need anything while you’re here in Nashville! 🎶 We can give you information of all the great places and things to do!
****Unauthorized party $1000 fee. Party = more than the 12 person limit. NO exceptions. $100 fee for smoking inside. $500 if anything is found in toilet drain and needs plumber.****

Great Property, Wasn't quite prepared for the stairs but our family enjoyed the stay. Only issue was no full sized Ironing board could be located on the property.

Everything was as advertised

House was beautiful and very clean! Our only disappointment would be the outside seating was not usable due to the cushions being dirty and having evidence of animals using them. Overall the house itself is perfect for a family with kids of any age and the location is really great to not be in downtown but within 10-15 minutes to everything you want to see! Would recommend to anyone needing a spacious home to stay in!
