Immaculate River condo a few feet from the Marco
River, Dolphins will greet you, Pelicans and Herons
are fun to watch while looking for their next meal.
Completely remodeled with new bathrooms and kitchen upgrade. Washer and dryer in the unit. The famous Snook Inn, which is in walking distance is always worth a visit!
Old Marco has lovely restaurants you can walk to, unique shops to find treasures to keep.
This condo is located in the old part of Marco Island where you find unique smaller restaurants with amazing local seafood. Small specialty shops you can browse through to buy gifts to take home for your lasting memory. This unit is unfortunately( because of its narrow rooms )not suitable for wheelchair bound or mobility impaired people.

We had a wonderful stay at Marlene’s beautiful 2-bedroom condo in Marco Island! The space was spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool area was fantastic—perfect for lounging and soaking up the Florida sunshine. Our favorite part of the trip was spending time on the patio, watching boats glide by and dolphins swim in the water. It was such a peaceful and picturesque experience that made our vacation truly special. Marlene was an excellent host, always responsive and thoughtful. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a serene escape on Marco Island!

This was our first time to Marco Island and some how we found the best location on the Island. Very clean and comfortable condo with everything we needed already on site. One of our best vacations we had and I can definitely say it had a lot to do with where we stayed. Had such a great time fishing right out the condo on the dock. Met some amazing neighbors who are very friendly and taught us a lot about the fishing. The host was super friendly and even met us when we checked is to go over everything on site which was a huge help. We absolutely loved everything about our stay here and we will definitely be coming back to the same place for years to come!!
