This modern barn conversion is situated on the heart of the stunning Notgrove Estate and offers a modern alternative to the traditional Cotswold stone cottages. Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room
Kitchen – electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large table seating 8
Sitting area – containing seating for 8, 42″ television with freeview and DVD player, wood burner, stereo system and I-pod dock.
Utility Area – washing machine and work surface – space for dog bed.
Ground floor bedroom – twin or King size with en-suite shower room (suitable for disabled access)
Under floor heating throughout
Upstairs
Bedroom 1 – Large King Size or twin bedroom, fitted wardrobe and shelves, en suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 – Large King Size or twin bedroom, fitted wardrobe and shelves, en suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 – Large King Size or twin bedroom, fitted wardrobe, great view.
Family bathroom – with bath, hand basin and WC.
2 dogs are welcome per barn - Wi-Fi throughout
Games Room - communal games room is shared with 3 other barns, this has table football, table tennis and a mini pool table along with a TV and tumble drier. Outdoors we have a children clamber stack, football area with goals and lots of muddy puddles!
Pet Farm Animals - Come and visit the pet farm animals which live in the paddocks just behind the holiday barns - pigs, sheep, donkey, goats and Alpaca - all ready to meet you.
Walks - 1500 acre Cotswold estate - enjoy mapped walks around the estate as well as the Cotswold way which crosses the estate.
The Plough at Cold Aston is an easy 1.5 mile walk down the lane and Bourton on the Water is 3.5 miles with a supermarket, pubs and gift shops.

We were a group of friends and family ages ranging from 8 to 76 and rented Walnut and Cobnut Barns for a 4 night stay to attend a wedding in Cheltenham. The barns were spotlessly clean on arrival and were very well equipped. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly. The children loved the free range goats! A great time was had bu all.

We loved the location and accommodations. Everything so well appointed and convenient. Only suggestion would be to mention that the dryer is not onsite. We specifically looked for a place with a washer and dryer but not having it in the unit was an inconvenience. Otherwise, absolutely perfect!! Thank you 😊

We stayed for a week and loved the peace and tranquility of the area. We were 6 adults and 2 small children - the little ones loved the space to run, the alpacas, goats and sheep. The house was well equipped and spacious. Very comfortable beds and good sized en-suites. One comment - a second fridge would be a welcome addition, particularly as the property is pitched at larger groups . We found we did not need the freezer much but really would have welcomed a larger fridge. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay for families and groups with or without children, we had a brilliant time and enjoyed visiting the local villages and attractions. Thank you.
