This modern barn conversion is the largest of our cottages situated in the heart of the stunning Notgrove Estate and offering a modern alternative to the traditional Cotswold stone cottage. Located solely on the ground floor and featuring two living rooms (one open plan from the kitchen) this is ideal for families and groups of friends wishing to enjoy the Cotswold’s. Stunning walks right from your door step….

Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room
Kitchen – electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large table seating 8/14
Sitting area – containing seating for 8/10, 42″ television with Freeview and DVD player.
Second Living Room – seating for 10, Wood Burner, 42” TV, stereo system and I-pod dock.
Utility Area – washing machine and work surface – space for a dog bed.

Bedroom 1 – Large King Size or twin bedroom, chest of drawers, en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 – Large King Size or twin bedroom, fitted wardrobe and shelves, en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 4 – Large King Size or twin bedroom, chest of drawers, en-suite with bath, hand basin and WC.
More Information – Walnut has Solar Thermal underfloor heating throughout the year, the cottage can be booked with Chestnut and Cobnut to cater for large groups. 2 dogs allowed at the property at a charge of £30 per dog.
Games Room - communal games room is shared with 3 other barns, this has table football, table tennis and a mini pool table along with a TV and tumble drier. Outdoors we have a children clamber stack, football area with goals and lots of muddy puddles!
Pet Farm Animals - Come and visit the pet farm animals which live in the paddocks just behind the holiday barns - pigs, sheep, donkey, goats and Alpaca - all ready to meet you.
Walks - 1500 acre Cotswold estate - enjoy mapped walks around the estate as well as the Cotswold way which crosses the estate.
The Plough at Cold Aston is an easy 1.5 mile walk down the lane and Bourton on the Water is 3.5 miles with a supermarket, pubs and gift shops.
