Liszt Home is a property managed by Klabhouse a modern and spacious apartment located in a historic building in the heart of Bellagio, offers a large sun terrace, endowed with sun beds and parasols, shared with the apartment “Liszt Attic”.
Equipped with private parking WIFI, air conditioning and double glazing making it very quiet, it is the ideal place to spend a holiday surrounded by an incomparable beauty.
The property has a private covered parking 400 meters away from the apartment (7 minutes walk).
The apartment is located in the pedestrian area where you will find the best fashion shops, restaurants and bars in which to enjoy the typical atmosphere of the lake.
The building where Franz Liszt lived is 200 meters from the ferry terminal and public car parks and is within walking distance of Lido and Villa Melzi.
Liszt Home of 160 square meters on second floor without elevator can host up to 6 guests plus a baby and is composed of:

Unit is nicely remodeled and very clean. AC works well. Location is excellent for staying in Bellagio area. Plenty of restaurants, shops and activities within walking distance.Only confusion we had is that this was listed as Liszt Apartment, but when we arrived units were labeled as Home, Tower and Attic (this one is Home).

We had such a great stay at this property! The host is very attentive and the location is amazing! Had everything we needed, we would definitely come back!

You have a beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom and living room. It is super close to the ferry and all of downtown. Wonderful place for a vacation.

The place is amazing just as described with 3 in-suite bedrooms on a most beautiful street in Bellagio! The location was perfect, as well as the view from the small balcony and one of the bedrooms! There is also private roof top that we enjoyed one afternoon with the views on the lake! Even though Bellagio is very busy, this place felt private and quiet! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate! I’d highly recommend this place and would def stay next time!
