The condominium association has scheduled exterior building improvement work during portions of the upcoming season from December 28- May 11, 2027. While construction is not currently planned directly on this unit, guests should expect construction-related activity elsewhere on the property.
Work may include: Construction noise during daytime hours,Workers and construction equipment on-site,Occasional dust in common areas,Periodic use of power tools and other construction equipment

Because construction schedules are weather-dependent and subject to change, the level of noise and disruption may vary from day to day.
