We had a great stay, beautiful view, great community and market. It was everything we were expecting.

The Running Y Ranch is a nice ranch/golf course. The view from the deck was excellent and the location is very good. The property is not in good shape with leaking upstairs bathroom valve, supper stiff upstairs bed, deck with lots on pine needles, floor that has a weird floor transition, the hot tub was barely full of water, and overall not very clean. With some TLC this property could be excellent.
