Open the barn doors to make the game room a part of the living space or close the doors and let the kids play. (There is a ping pong table in the basement with a Bluetooth enabled speaker light to add to the fun plus Pac Man machine).

Pricing is set by occupancy per stay. This allows smaller parties to stay at an affordable price. Occupancy starts at 4. Each additional guest over 4 is $20 per night. This accounts for added resources such as utilities, supplied amenities, laundering , wear and tear, etc. Please report accurate occupancy. When booking you agree to this honesty between us. You will be charged for additional guests plus a liar penalty of $50 for the time I waste in going back through the ring camera to provide vrbo. Thank you.
