We would like to call it glamping but it is a bit too luxurious for that. It is however, a romantic getaway for two, where you feel you are in a remote location and close to nature while being close to all the Asheville area has to offer. We are 5-10 minutes from the grocery, some nice restaurants, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, 15-20 minutes from Biltmore and downtown and 20-25 minutes from the River Art District and funky West Asheville. The Mountains to Sea Trail will also be a 5 minute walk from your door. If you choose to stay in there is a hot tub, satellite TV and WiFi to keep you entertained or take in the solitude of the mountain sitting on the deck reading or enjoying a cup of coffee.

We loved staying in this cozy little yurt! It was the perfect spot to hideaway for our anniversary week and we’d highly recommend it! The gravel driveway may seem intimidating (I was worried) but it was perfectly fine and is easy to navigate. The owner was always prompt in his response times and was very kind. Would definitely come back!

Owner very helpful in addressing AC and internet challenges. The road up was a challenge without 4 wheel drive.

Utensil drawer was nasty, food had been left in the fridge. I would hire a new cleaning crew.The cabin up the hill was extremely loud 2 of the 3 nights we were there. We expected more privacy and a view but had neither. The shower wasn't clean and dish rack was nasty. The same soap was being used in the shower, bathroom and kitchen. Cobwebs everywhere and bed was extremely uncomfortable. We did not use the stove due to not working properly, microwave was disgusting. We personally would not stay here again.
