Step inside this thoughtfully designed space and discover a comfortable bedroom that promises a restful night`s sleep. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, ensuring your comfort and convenience during your stay.
Our casita is equipped with a well-appointed kitchenette, providing everything you need to prepare simple meals and enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out to explore the local attractions.
Conveniently located just moments away from the best of Indio, our casita offers easy access to the area`s vibrant energy, dining options, and entertainment, while providing a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day.

Guest have access to a parking spot in the driveway, full casita access, and community pools.
We want your stay in our vacation home to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, which is why we`re always here to help. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, you can reach out to your host through Airbnb`s messaging system, or via phone or email. Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, and more! The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. It also has Tennis Courts, Pickle-ball Courts and a Gym available for use.
When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street. Uber and Lyfts are welcomed. Over night street parking is not allowed doing so may lead to a fine or a ticket.
The Casita is it’s own private space. Owner occupies the main home. If pool key is misplaced there will be a $25 fee.

Great casita for a quick horse show vacation in Thermal! Everything was very clean and I really appreciated having the coffee maker and small fridge. Great gated community too!

Clean, comfortable bed, nice shower and VERY quiet. Excellent communication with Ashley, the owner. Gate guarded neighborhood.
