Dutchies Beach Oasis is a charming, fully renovated beach house in Nelson Bay, minutes stroll to family friendly Dutchies Beach. A leisurely 10 minute walk into Nelson Bay’s CBD and delightful marina, or enjoy the paved waterfront pathway into Nelson Bay, where the kids can ride scooters with harbour views. With its four sumptuous bedrooms, four designer bathrooms, spacious open plan living area and outdoor zones this character filled coastal cottage effortlessly accommodates up to 10 guests (max eight adults). There is the beautiful azure blue swimming pool, where the family is sure to spend hours playing and relaxing. Dutchies Beach has calm harbour water, golden sands, gas BBQs, picnic tables, bathrooms and children’s play equipment.
Dutchies Beach Oasis ingenious floor plan allows guests plenty of dreamy spaces where guests can retreat for quiet relaxation as well as a multitude of spacious entertaining areas, both inside and out, where friends and family can congregate and come together to enjoy each others company and share holidays feasts.
The open plan living area exudes coastal character and looks over the pool, grassy garden, outdoor island with built-in BBQ, and large outdoor dining setting for poolside alfresco dining. Boasting a fully equipped kitchen, huge dining table and a plush lounge room with TV and an open fire place (winter).
The master bedroom opens onto a balcony, overlooks the pool and garden, with an ensuite, TV, and king bed. A cosy children's room adjoins the master bedroom and houses a bunk bed suitable for two children. The second bedroom with ensuite, opens onto the balcony and overlooks the pool. It features two long-single zip beds that can be joined to form a king-sized bed upon request. The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Separate from the main home is a detached studio, which has an ensuite, lounge, TV and two long-single beds which can make a king bed.
Dutchies Beach Oasis has a laundry with washer and dryer, off-street parking for one car as well as street parking, free WiFi, a bathtub, air-con in the main house and ceiling fans in all bedrooms (excl. bunk room). There are two outdoor showers (front and rear). Upon arrival you’ll discover the beds all made and towels provided for your bathrooms.

Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
BOND - $1500 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
PARKING 3 cars maximum.
All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification
CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

We stayed as two families and had a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious (particularly if the weather is good and you can use the outside areas). The rooms are all good sizes. The lounge room area s a little cramped for two families but we didn't spend much time there. Good kitchem=n facilities and lots of utensils, etc. The only reason for 4 (rather than 5 stars) is that the induction hotplate was truly awful. Very unusable, it seems to be faulty because it was flashing a symbol that it was overheated - then it shut down. We didn't have the opportunity to finish cooking our pasta which was REALLY annoying. Pls invest in a decent (good brand) hotplate that is easy to use and reliable. Also beach towels would be good

The house was perfect for our getaway with four couples. It was exactly what we were looking for a cosy, well-equipped home where we could spend quality time together.Unfortunately, the weather meant we couldn't make use of the outdoor area, which was a shame because it also had a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, this was no fault of the property. Instead, we enjoyed the fireplace and made full use of the comfortable indoor spaces and well-equipped kitchen.The only suggestion for improvement would be the placement of the microwave, as it didn't feel particularly safe. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Great stay a little expensive as there were no views but the layout of the house quality of furniture and extremely well equipped kitchen great outdoor area with pool and BBQ area was a real plus We had an extended family 6 adults and 4 children and with the well equipped kitchen and open plan living areas found it much nicer to cook at home instead of going out. Definitely recommend it

Stayed as a group of 4 golfers and it was ideal with 3 bedrooms (one bedroom also has a separate room with a set of bunks off it) plus a bungalow and the space was ideal. Great outdoor covered seating area, excellent kitchen and the pool and BBQ area are just as in the photos. Air conditioning in the main house but not in all bedrooms - ceiling fans were sufficient as the temperatures were a max of about 28. 650m walk into town so that made eating out easy and 300m to Dutchies beach which is a lovely little spot. Easy self check in and staff at Stay Port Stephens were great to deal with - thanks especially to Joy who answered my questions and worked to get us an early check in. We didn't want to leave as it's such an easy place to relax in a very quiet area. This house is ideal and hope to visit again.
