The Space:
Outdoor features include covered parking for two vehicles, a fenced and turfed back yard with patio seating and a wood burning fire-pit, as well as a Traeger pellet grill. Just off the front porch, another seating area with a propane fire table invites you to spend evenings outside. Cushioned outdoor seating is found on the extra large balcony, offering breathtaking rooftop views of Carlton Landing! Rest easy knowing there is the added safety of a storm shelter located under the back deck and security cameras for the front porch and backyard. This home is the perfect retreat for those looking to make memories inside and out!
The main living area is bright and airy, giving modern coastal vibes, with plenty of living and dining space for the whole family! French doors open from the living room to the front porch. An indoor wood burning fireplace adds a cozy element during the cooler seasons. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. You’ll find a drip coffee pot as well as a Keurig coffee maker, just bring your favorite flavors. Enjoy the high-end "Monogram" appliances and gas stovetop! A large powder bathroom is located just off the living room. The master suite is located downstairs, just off the kitchen, and features King size furnishings and linens, a tiled walk-in shower and double vanities. The master bedroom has an exterior door that steps onto the back porch, making loading/unloading easy! This is also a great way to enter the house after time at the pool or lake, so you can hop straight into the shower!
Head upstairs to find the second living room space complete with television, bean bag chairs, a sofa and games for the whole family. This house is brand new! I think we may have been one of the first if not the first people to stay there. The location is great — just a block away from the pool (the one with a large pool and separate kids pool). It would be a hike to get to the rest of the town (main area with the Pantry and pop-up shops) but it is a quick golf cart ride. The two covered parking spots and fenced back yard were a great perk. All appliances were top of the line! I will say that the microwave did not pop popcorn and the fridge does not have an ice or water dispenser. The linens were very soft and clean. The whole house was really perfectly clean! The porch swing did not have a mattress and the front door was really tough to get closed. I assume these were just issues since it was such a new house. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. 3 girls slept in the bunk room, but the bunks are full size, so you could easily fit up to 8 little kids in that room! Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property and would stay again.
