We had a wonderful stay and felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Patrick and Tammy were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The pool and hot tub were definite highlights of our trip. Both were clean and well cared for—the pool was a huge hit with the kids, while the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We made many special family memories here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly getaway.Thank you, Patrick and Tammy, for making our vacation so enjoyable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again!

It’s a cute place. Definitely accessible for mobility impaired. Hosts were responsive. The porch was great. Pictures were accurate. It was great that there was a pool and a hot tub. This probably had the best stocked kitchen in terms of gadgets at vacation rentals. We had a great time we go to state college every couple of years and this has been our best stay yet.

Property had potential. The entrance felt a bit cluttered but understandable it is early spring and you’re in the middle of the woods. Nothing a good spring clean up wouldn’t fix. Had a small glitch with door lock on Saturday morning but all in all was a great stay.
